Brian studied and trained as a teacher with the University of Wales and Advanced studies under the University Of Cambridge. After spending 17 years as a Head of Department in Secondary Schools, he became a Teacher Training Assessor and supervisor with the University of Bedfordshire. Experienced in organising Management Development Courses to companies, he has taught European and Far Eastern students, and been a Course Director for Language schools over the past 16 years, including Bell Language School, Cambridge. Qualified Teacher registered with the General Teaching Council. Reg. No. 67/75952

Educated to Masters Degree level, Gwynne has worked for around 30 years in large primary schools, including the position of Headteacher. He is an accredited performance management advisor with Cambridge Education Associates, and is an accredited team inspector (OfSTED) and school improvement partner (SIP) He is a Fellow of the College of Teachers and member of IATEFL. Gwynne was formerly head of a department team at Leicester University, supporting the learning of international students on their English pre-degree programmes. Registered with the General Teaching Council. No. 76/68099.

Sian studied in Cambridge and has worked in the science and the health services for 12 years, a keen traveller and skier who has worked in Canada and New Zealand with Asian students.

David Studied in Cambridge and is a Chartered Information Technology Professional, he has spent 20 years providing technical expertise to academic and public sector organisations. Typically focused on training and research David provides support for all aspects of technology that support Kristall and its TEFL courses.
